Ordering & Products
How many eggs can I order at once?
You can order a half dozen (6 eggs) or a full dozen (12 eggs) per order. The maximum is 1 dozen per order. Availability is limited per ship date, so we recommend ordering early.
What breeds do you offer?
Our available breeds change based on seasonality and flock rotation. Check our order page to see current availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery
How are hatching eggs shipped?
Each egg is hand-selected, individually wrapped in bubble wrap, cushioned inside a sturdy box, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail every Monday. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
When do you ship hatching eggs?
All eggs ship on Mondays (or Tuesday if Monday is a federal holiday) via USPS Priority Mail to minimize time in transit.
Can I request my package be held at the post office?
Yes! During checkout, you can select "Hold at Post Office" and USPS will hold your package at your local post office for pickup instead of delivering to your address. This is great if you won't be home to receive the package promptly.
Can I pick up eggs locally instead of shipping?
Yes! We offer local pickup in the Crestview, FL area by appointment. Contact us to arrange a time.
Hatching & Success
What is the hatch rate for shipped hatching eggs?
Shipped hatching eggs typically have a 50–75% hatch rate. Fertility is strong when eggs leave our farm, but hatch rates can be affected by shipping conditions, incubator setup, and handling after delivery.
What should I do when my eggs arrive?
Let eggs rest pointed-end-down at room temperature for 12–24 hours before placing them in your incubator. This allows the air cell to settle after transit and improves hatch rates.

Do you guarantee a specific hatch rate?
No. We cannot guarantee specific hatch rates for shipped eggs because too many factors outside our control affect the outcome — shipping conditions, incubator temperature and humidity settings, egg handling, etc. We do ensure that eggs are fertile when they leave our farm.
Policies & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
50% of your order total is a non-refundable deposit. Before your eggs ship, you may request cancellation for a 50% refund. Once eggs are shipped, all sales are final unless we are unable to fulfill the order.
We do not offer refunds for low hatch rates, as too many factors outside our control affect the outcome after shipping.
What if my eggs arrive damaged?
If your eggs arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please contact us with photos of the packaging and eggs within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
