"net order value" is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by Feathers and Fluff. The net order value is used to calculate carriage and delivery charges.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Feathers and Fluff.
Feathers and Fluff guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Feathers and Fluff until we despatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been despatched by a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Feathers and Fluff of your offer to buy goods from Feathers and Fluff (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
PAYMENT
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card.
Our online payments are handled either by WorldPay, a subsidiary of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and part of the fifth biggest banking group in the world, or by PayPal.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Feathers and Fluff shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - UK MAINLAND
When you reach the checkout you will be shown several delivery options based on the size and weight of the items that you have ordered. You will also be shown any extra cost for insured or guaranteed delivery. You can then choose that delivery method that suits you best.

INCORRECT GOODS
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within two days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open or use the item.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. However, Feathers and Fluff, as a member of SafeBuy, allows you 14 days in which to do this. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Returns Department, Feathers and Fluff Ltd, 18 Oak Street, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 2JH. All goods must be in their original packing and original condition.
Feathers and Fluff will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by an insured delivery method.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Feathers and Fluff. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid unless the goods are found to be faulty.
